Jeffrey W. Miller – Still Life

Jeffrey Miller is a New York based set designer, prop stylist, and creative consultant. After graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in photography, he began to focus on set design and creative direction. Having multiple years of experience as a collaborator, stylist, set designer and editor, as well as a great understanding of art history, photography, interior design, fashion, and food has strengthened Jeffrey’s clear point of view and has allowed for him to create a remarkable portfolio. His work is influenced by a deep understanding of color theory, making it distinctly recognizable. Jeffrey’s past clients include House & Garden Magazine, Gourmet Magazine, Real Simple Magazine, Vogue, Town & Country, The New York Times, the Museum of Modern Art, Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys, Anthropologie, Fortuney, and L’Objet, to list a few. Jeffrey has also worked with notable photographers such as Richard Avedon, Francois Halard, Martin Thompson, Horatio Salinas, Chris Rhodes, and Chris Mottalini.

Jeffrey has also collaborated with Comme De Garcons on a line of clothing and a photographic art installation, as well as many personal flower and food projects with various art photographers. He was also featured in American Originals, photographer William Abranowicz's book of extraordinary subjects and his home is used as the cover image internationally. Jeffrey is extremely passionate about his work and will continue to brainstorm a project, even when it is complete.
